1. General
These Terms govern use of the IshJoy platform: the ishjoy.uz website, the mobile apps for
Android and iOS, and the employer panel at app.ishjoy.uz (the “Service”).
The Service belongs to “ISHJOY GROUP” LLC, TIN 312726537, registered at Tashkent, Shaykhantakhur district, Oqsoy street 2, house 40 (the “Company”, “we”).
By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.
2. Who may use the Service
The Service may be used by a person with legal capacity who is at least 18 years old. The reason for that threshold is set out in the Privacy Policy: capacity to work in Uzbekistan begins at 16, but consent to processing a minor’s personal data is given by their legal representatives, and the Service has no mechanism for obtaining it.
An employer representative additionally confirms that they are authorised to act on behalf of the company.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your account secure, including the phone number, email address, and Telegram account used to sign in. Report any unauthorised access to us immediately.
One person creates one candidate account. Accounts may not be transferred.
4. The Company’s role
We are a platform, not a party to employment relationships. We are not an employer, a recruitment agency, or an employment intermediary. We do not take part in negotiations, and we do not guarantee:
- the accuracy of information posted by employers or candidates;
- that a candidate will receive a response, an invitation, or a job;
- that an employer will find a suitable candidate.
Employment contracts are concluded directly between the employee and the employer. All claims regarding working conditions, pay, and performance of agreements are settled between them.
We check companies at registration to a reasonable extent, but this is not a guarantee of their good faith. Be careful: never transfer money “for employment” and never hand over documents to people you are not sure about.
5. Rules for candidates
By posting a résumé and applying to vacancies you:
- provide accurate information about yourself;
- post only your own data, not another person’s;
- accept that a résumé submitted with an application becomes visible to that employer.
6. Rules for employers
By posting a vacancy you undertake to:
- publish genuine vacancies of a real company;
- state working and pay conditions accurately;
- not post vacancies that discriminate on the basis of sex, age, nationality, religion, disability, or other grounds, unless required by law for that specific job;
- not use received résumés for purposes unrelated to recruitment, not pass them to third parties, and not send advertising to those contacts;
- comply with personal data law in respect of received résumés, acting as an independent controller.
We may reject or take down a vacancy that breaches these rules.
7. Prohibited conduct
When using the Service you may not:
- post false, misleading, or fraudulent information or vacancies;
- post material that breaks the law, infringes third-party rights, or contains abuse, incitement to hatred, or pornography;
- offer pyramid schemes, “jobs” requiring advance payment, or other deceptive arrangements;
- harvest user data by automated means, or copy the vacancy or résumé database;
- interfere with the Service, circumvent restrictions, or create excessive load;
- impersonate another person or company.
8. User content
You keep the rights to the material you post. By posting it you grant us a royalty-free right to use it to the extent necessary to operate the Service: to store it, reproduce it, and display it to other users as the interface provides.
You are responsible for having the right to post that material.
9. Paid services
Publishing vacancies and additional employer features may be paid. The scope and price of services are shown in the employer panel at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through Payme, Click, and Octo.
A package is credited to the company’s balance as soon as payment is confirmed and is valid for the period stated at purchase (365 days by default). Any unused balance expires at the end of that period. The service is treated as rendered as units of the package are drawn down — when a vacancy is published, boosted in the listing, or a candidate’s contacts are opened.
Refunds are handled in the manner established by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on request
to support@ishjoy.uz.
Services for candidates are free unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running without interruption but do not guarantee it. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. We may change the Service’s functionality and discontinue individual features, giving advance notice where reasonably possible.
11. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, for the acts of other users, or for the consequences of employment relationships formed through the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the Service where these Terms or the law are breached. In case of serious breaches, access may be terminated without prior notice.
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.
13. Personal data
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are resolved through
negotiation and, failing agreement, in the manner established by the law of the Republic of
Uzbekistan. Before going to court, a party sends a written claim to support@ishjoy.uz; the
period for answering it is thirty calendar days.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms. A new version is published at this address with its date. We will give notice of material changes in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
