1. Who processes your data
The data controller is “ISHJOY GROUP” LLC, TIN 312726537, registered at Tashkent, Shaykhantakhur district, Oqsoy street 2, house 40 (“we”, “IshJoy”).
This policy covers the ishjoy.uz website, the IshJoy mobile apps for Android and iOS, the
employer panel at app.ishjoy.uz, and related services.
Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.
2. What we collect
2.1. Candidate account data
- phone number and/or email address, used as your sign-in identifier;
- first and last name;
- profile photo, if you upload one;
- interface language, job-search status, notification settings.
2.2. Résumé data
You fill in your résumé yourself, and it may contain:
- name, photo, a short description of yourself;
- gender and date of birth;
- profession, region, years of experience;
- the contacts you list in the résumé (phone, email, Telegram, profile links);
- education, work history, courses, achievements, skills, languages.
A résumé you submit with an application becomes visible to that employer.
2.3. Service usage data
- search queries and search parameters;
- viewed and saved vacancies, recent categories;
- applications and their statuses;
- messages exchanged with employers in the built-in chat;
- support requests.
2.4. Technical data
- app installation identifier, platform, and app version;
- push notification token and delivery records;
- sign-in session data;
- technical logs and error reports, to the extent needed for diagnostics.
2.5. Employer representative data
- name, work email, phone, job title;
- company information, company registration details and documents;
- payment and invoicing records.
We do not collect health data, biometrics, criminal record information, or other special categories of data.

We do not make decisions producing legal effects for you by solely automated means. The decision to invite a candidate to an interview is made by the employer.
4. Who receives data
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared with employers (limited to what your application contains) and with service providers processing it on our behalf:

We also disclose data where required by law or by a lawful request from a competent authority.
5. Transfers outside Uzbekistan
The platform’s infrastructure is located outside the Republic of Uzbekistan: the main servers and database are in the Microsoft Azure “Sweden Central” region (Sweden, European Union), and the AI service is in “West Europe” (the Netherlands). Transfers are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the law on cross-border transfer of personal data.
Since March 2026, the requirement to store data on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan applies to biometric data, genetic data, and the data of subscribers of telecommunications operators. We collect none of those categories — see section 2.
6. How long we keep data
- account and résumé data — for as long as your account exists;
- applications and employer correspondence — for as long as your account exists: there is no automatic deletion once hiring ends, because you need your own application history;
- technical logs — 30 days;
- accounting records — for the period required by law.
After account deletion, data is erased or anonymized, except where we are legally required to retain it.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- obtain information about the processing of your data and a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate data — most fields are editable directly in the app;
- delete your account and the data associated with it;
- withdraw consent (for example, for marketing messages) — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
- object to processing and request its restriction;
- lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
Send requests to support@ishjoy.uz. We respond within the period set by law.
8. Deleting your account
To delete your account, write to support@ishjoy.uz from the email address or phone number on
the account. We delete the account within the period set by law. Deleting the account removes
your résumés, search and application history, and saved vacancies.
Applications already submitted to employers, and chat correspondence, may be retained by the employer as an independent controller.
9. Security
Connections to the service are encrypted. Employee access to personal data is limited to what their role requires. Résumé files and company documents are held in private storage and served through short-lived links. We apply organisational and technical safeguards proportionate to the risks.
10. Children
The service is not intended for people under 18. Capacity to work in the Republic of Uzbekistan begins at 16, but consent to the processing of a minor’s personal data is given by their parents or other legal representatives, and the service has no mechanism for obtaining that consent — hence the threshold at 18.
We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If such data has reached us, tell us and we will delete it.
11. Cookies and similar technologies
The ishjoy.uz website uses no tracking cookies and carries no advertising trackers. The
employer panel and the apps use technical storage necessary to keep you signed in and to preserve
your settings.
12. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we publish the new version at this address and update the date. We will notify you of material changes in the app or by email.
